Yesterday I got back to L sit training. Today I (very comfortably) ran almost 8 miles way faster than I thought I was capable of and then was greeted at the end by my toddler running towards me screaming "YOU!" and pointing at me repeatedly 🥰

My old wrist injury won’t let me do an L sit today but I did do some sick run speeds and baked my first gluten free sourdough with the starter I’ve been making for a couple of weeks

Honestly I just switched hours of one type of screen time for another 😅 so not the most healthy way of finishing it!

Logging on to announce that I’m half way to an L sit and finally finished the Animal Crossing DLC I bought on release in 2021.

Being more offline has its perks.
