I've made each of these with the Hydra video synth software, to improve my knowledge of it so that I can do more livecoding performances this year.

I'm giving a talk next week at @csvconf.bsky.social (a community data conference, not just CSVs!), on @opendataservices.coop's work for the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI, @iatistandard.org), and our approach to systems that are useful, usable, and designed to drive social impact.

And a reminder for cis allies: the right thing to do when accused of being trans, of having a different AGAB, is to decline to answer. You might not like it, especially when being threatened with exclusion, but the more people who refuse, the easier it is for trans people.

I genuinely made the mistake of assuming by "ditching X" someone meant swtiching to Wayland or something!

TIL that Google Sheets will silently overflow times when they're added together. There's a separate duration type that does what I actually want. LibreOffice Calc seems to do the thing I want out of the box.
