But for every trick-taker game that pushes the genre in new or interesting directions, there are ten that are your bog-standard trick-taker with like 1 minor variant rule.
Ya, I've imported a few. They're some of the more interesting ones.
I'm starting to feel that way about trick-taking games... there are SO MANY now. And quite a few barely break the mold enough to keep. (That's not to say there haven't been some standouts.)
Well, it's a big loss to those of us who read Dan Thurot's review & wanted to buy a copy😔 It sounded like a mechanically very interesting and unique game. I personally don't care much about whether it includes the meme-y artwork that inspired the game (and its name), but I can understand why you do.
Iron Heroes was a cool system
Why are you posting about a bundle that closed days ago?
He has better taste than to go anywhere near a business that toxic and homophobic.
Too bad I already own it... guess I won't get to read the short story...
Likely depends where you live and who your recycling provider is. Mine explicitly accepts used pizza boxes.

Put a quack in charge, expect to be royally ducked.

A screenshot of two X posts. The first post is from Tom Morello (@tmorello), timestamped 7 hours ago, with a profile picture showing a person in a colorful outfit. The text reads: "What the f*ck is wrong with these people. Wounded Knee was a bloodthirsty massacre of Lakota Sioux, including dozens of women and children." The second post is from Secretary of War Pete (@username), timestamped 9 hours ago, with a profile picture of a man in a suit. The text reads: "Under my direction, the soldiers who fought at the Battle of Wounded Knee will keep their medals. This decision is final. Their place in history is settled." The second post includes an image of a man in a suit standing in front of an American flag and an official seal, appearing to give a formal statement.

Haha, malicious compliance at its best!
It was even worse in person. He thought he was brilliant, god's gift to literature or something. When he was talking about finding fiction passé or how he felt entitled to plagiarize, his tone of voice was exactly like someone mansplaining.
That's the one!
