Long walks are the start!! Literally!!! That’s how I started! Its taken me 3 years to get here hahaha! Fitness is similar to drawing, you are instantly good/fit ☺️
However because i spend so much time working & working out, I don’t have much of a life outside of it lolol so there’s a trade!
If it makes you feel any better I’m enjoying working out for 1-2 hours at a time?
I keep losing weight specifically when I consistently eat large amounts of chocolate ice-cream after a workout. The same thing happened when I was younger and I’m going to just take this as a pure win.
