These minis are > 27 years old now, so the level of detail is actually pretty low, compared to the LI minis I have been working on recently.

But also, almost all the metallics were done using Sharpies, which makes things quite a bit easier :)

Thank you! They were all painted in a batch so it was pretty easy to keep them consistent.

Making them consistent with the ships I painted back in 2018, now that was a different story!

I've spent the greater part of today ruminating on how I can use my collection of Kikoku ships (from Ninja Magic's "With Hostile Intent" range in #BattlefleetGothic. I think I may end up using them as Tau

Another game of #BattlefleetGothic tonight, this time versus @stegthedinosaur.bsky.social. Scraped a very narrow win by nuking a Citadel cruiser for the loss of 6 escorts: 200 VPs to 195!

This evening I took my kids to a D&D themed improv theatre event, DM'D by no less than Dan Abnett!
