By default the prints look quite washed out, so I usually just crank it up the saturation a bit. I can’t remember exactly what parameters I used, but it’s consistent across photos.

I think the printer supports lots of different protocols, but I’ve only used the selphy app, and it works fine.

We have the Canon printer. I’ve found that you need to play around with saturation etc to make the prints look anything like they do on screen, but it’s easy to use and reliable.

In principle it would work, but for human MRI there are much better suited tools. ANTs, FSL, AFNI, elastix and SPM all spring to mind.

It’s been a while since I’ve worked with MRI, but I seem to remember FSL being the easiest “out of the box” experience, it comes bundled with atlases etc.
