*Was Mag Uruk Thraka's name a coincidence, as GW's version of Tolkien's Orc language does describe Ghazghkull quite well with the words Mag Uruk Thraka (Big Orc Grow) , or did they pick those words deliberately to take this piss? I suspect the latter, but it's never been confirmed.
There's also historic link* between the UK's Conservative Party and the Space Ork warlord Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka, of course.
Mag Uruk Thraka was Prime Minister and leader of the Conservative party from 4 May 1979 – 28 November 1990.
To be clear; Orcs have been written and re-written in so many different ways at this point that it's inaccurate to point at an orc and say it's this or that. Whereas Orks are specific to the 40K setting and are bio-engineered weapons that live only for warfare and destruction.
Can HANSARD get us a spelling on Kemi Badenoch's use of the word orc please? Is it Orc (the fantasy humanoid) or Ork (the marauding space alien copyright Games Workshop.)
Because the former is arguably stereotyping orcs, and the latter is probably closer to Badenoch's intent.

As far as I'm aware, their has never been any official Warhammer snack food ( maybe unofficial GW archivist @wib.bsky.social can confirm). However KP's Space Raiders certainly has a vibe. Especially with the Drukhari and their alien / mutant crew.
I really don't understand the term influencer. Over the weekend I saw the profile of someone who commentates on sport in the press and online; they do live commentary on football, and do a podcast where they do a running assesment of their specialist subject.
If only there was another term for this

To be clear: if someone claims that they were shenanigans in a UK polling booth, the question you should ask them is 'Why weren't the police immediately called?'
Because that is what would have actually happened in 100% of all cases, and yes, they'd have turned up promptly. It's just how it works.

In the UK, the lovely folk who run the polling stations take it very seriously and do not have a sense a humour when it comes to anything that might look even remotely dodgy.
