NASA (and LPI/USRA) is deleting public *community created* science documents from *non NASA* websites.
These documents are often created using a combination of tax-payer funding and the volunteered time of scientists/engineers. (Mostly the latter)
It offers a critical, multidisciplinary perspective on Mars exploration, and I highly encourage you to read it.
