Today: I suck at this. I should retire and never grab a pencil again!!!

Took my little mental health walk today. It's warm and sunny and the robins are poking lawns for bugs. I saw a cool tree. I threw a stick into a creek.

You should go for a walk today, if you can. You might see something neat that gives your brain a soft little hug.
