And why are there two different things with the contactless symbol on? Mind boggling

Also, if people need to scan a QR code for instructions on how to buy tickets to Underground stations, maybe your system is just shit
C2c ticket machine with a sticker that says "This machines is card only"
This machines is card only
No! Unfortunately that is the designated combined bicycle/wheelchair space
Interior of a C2C class 357 train. Floor is a speckled pattern, colourways are green, purple, and turquoise/cyan. The toilet door is wrapped in a photograph of a pier/wooden structure on a beach. The seats look faded and scuffed. There is dirt on grating by the floor, which is itself stained.
Everything about this train interior is so gross
Several cases of Trichophyton mentagrophytes type VII/VIII have been reported in the UK, especially in gay men.

Exactly
Now, the right-wing press report with glee that Starmer is apparently ruining the special relationship over Iran.
Trump already ruined it.
Last month Trump said this about NATO troops, despite 457 UK soldiers dying in Afghanistan:
"We've never needed them. We have never really asked anything of them.
"They'll say they sent some troops to Afghanistan... and they did, they stayed a little back, a little off the front lines."
Do not understand how Travelodge thinks commenting that the correct procedures were followed is at all resassuring to anyone else considering staying in one of their hotels.
I worked for Travelodge and we literally weren't allowed to confirm if someone was even staying at the hotel if asked. Massive failure of this poor victim. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
I did say something to him but he just walked off, idk if he had headphones in.
I told staff.
It was like he just wanted to feel the crunchy texture
Just saw a guy walk up to the croissants in Tesco, touch them all with his hand, and walk off
New Ayatollah just dropped.
Matt Ur crazy
That sounds hilarious. But, really, Tib Street would be so amazing pedestrianised along with the rest of the NQ to make a real sense of place. I hope cycling can be planned and prioritised accordingly, rather than shoved in like it is on Thomas Street.
Not even a two way one on one side :/
Which was sorry - both or just one?
I do hope they put proper cycle paths on Oldham Street rather than attempting to put cyclists on Tib Street though - would much rather see that fully pedestrianised instead.
Great to see plans to restrict motor traffic from Tib Street in Manchester + some good looking/sorely needed cycling infrastructure on Oldham Road! www.manchester.gov.uk/consultation...
Does the Saharan dust smell? I feel like it smelled outside this morning
Even if this lane was badly designed, it's sad to see Tory and Labour leaders so gleeful over cycle infrastructure removal - maybe improve it rather than just remove it? I guess that's too difficult for politicians who want a quick win.

Timed restrictions are already a thing in UK traffic restrictions so it's not like this is some groundbreaking proposal from me
I don't really get why, like many European cities, they can't just allow off-peak cycling here? Who cares if I ride my bike here at 10pm* or 5am* if there's barely anyone walking?
*Actual off peak times TBD
Hi, can you confirm the cancellation of my membership please? Cheers.
Membership cancelled. No point voting for a party that wants the earth to burn.
You've lost me. Bye bye.
