I think it is about time for her to participate in a shirt button flinging contest. She has what it takes (literally).

I try to be reasonable and objective about it but another part of me is leaning into that unjustifiable hatred over others successes. I really wish to stop thinking like that and just be happy with what I have and try to self improve but time is my obstacle. I just want more time to improve myself.

Normally envy leads to two types: One that leads to needing to improve yourself. The other leading to unjustifiably hate the person. Lately though I have been envious of a few people. People who could spend so much time in their lives to improve themselves. Show off things and have people be wowed.
