Anomalies in sea-ice concentration for March 2025 in the Denman Glacier-Shackleton Ice Shelf region. Anomalies are calculated as the difference between the sea-ice concentration and the 1981-2010 mean sea-ice concentration for that month. (data: NSIDC, source: nilas.org, map: AAPP)
๐ Low sea-ice cover means the Denman Marine Voyage #DMV can get to places no humans have been before.
