Agreed. Whereas them being so loud on reddit makes sense, I was kinda surprised to see them on Bluesky. There seems to be a lot of crossover between Snyder bros and other terminally online communities that throw around the term "echo chamber", so I figured this place would be too cringe or whatever.

Right? Makes me think of how many writers I see on this app who will wax poetic about the divine spark of inspiration or whatever, then turn around and use a shitty AI image for their book cover.

While they'll probably never run out of stockpiled munitions and tech, I would think that the US armed forces must be mired in a period of profound and disastrous decline thanks to its current leadership or lack thereof. She was financially abused for decades thanks to her conservatorship because her family cares about her even less than her most casual fans. She likely does still need help, but suggesting control of her life be given back to people that have continuously betrayed her is not the solution.

They're almost worse because they are so fucking desperate to be seen as cool and can never accept that the only reason anybody pays any attention to them at all is because they're rich and because they constantly go out of their way to make life worse for anyone below their level of wealth.

Because AI relies on stolen data from schmucks like you and me yet it still fucks up constantly, it uses staggering amounts of energy snd fresh water for cooling purposes which drives up costs and damages the environment, and using it instead of your own brain quite literally makes you stupider.

I imagine it's less that they're seeking out a recipe and more that they're dumping the task on ChatGPT, which is A. Programmed to basically never question the input of its user and thus will happily support or even recommend terrible or harmful ideas and B. Is extremely bad for the environment.
