Finished Requiem, one of the best AAA games I’ve played in a while.
Grace’s gameplay feels so much like a perfect execution of the Resident Evil 1 gameplay loop in first person.
I would definitely prefer they just go back to fixed camera but this is cool too. The late game kind of drags though.
You know Resident Evil Requiem is good because it’s a modern AAA video game that features a crafting system that upon its introduction does not make me consider giving up playing video games forever.

I learned a non insignificant amount of my Japanese by playing Dragon Quest XI on 3DS actually.
This is also extra funny because they are selling this IN Korea but only in Japanese or English because the original FRLG was never released in Korean and they just won’t translate it I guess.

I haven't owned a Macbook but if I really needed a laptop for whatever reason I would 100% just get a M1 macbook pro for like $800 it will probably do everything you need it to do for a long time.
Finally making the switch from crappy windows laptops to just spending $2000 on a good desktop has been the best choice ever.
Every windows laptop I've used is just an expensive GPU in the cheapest laptop ever and with no battery life it's not even that helpful as a laptop.

my only problem with Dragon Quest X so far is that it seems the only thing they want to use this big open world for is really annoying fetch quests. Basically every single quest has you walk across the whole map to hunt a random monster and come all the way back for the reward.
This is simply an open invitation for me to try and come up with the worst builds for these characters
