Prohibition fails. Regulation works.
When you ban something instead of regulating it:
• You drive it underground.
• You lose quality control, safety, and transparency.
• You risk the livelihoods of thousands of small business owners, brewers, retailers, and workers right here in Minnesota.

Here’s the problem: Minnesota has proven regulation works. Our state currently allows up to 5 mg per edible and 10 mg per beverage — and we’ve built a safe, thriving, innovative industry without dangerous abuses or black-market chaos.
Why shut that down in favor of prohibition?

THC products will be capped at just 0.4 mg per serving, meaning nearly all of the craft edibles and beverages Minnesotans enjoy today will become illegal nationwide — despite our state’s rigorous, effective regulation.
