πSuper Saturdayπ Class for the win today! I got more than enough push-ups in, and more than enough squats. Iβm so grateful for the awesome community of folks who show up every Saturday to sweat and laugh and (sometimes) cry with meβ our chats afterwards are real and I live for them. β€οΈ
Reminder to stay hydrated even when itβs cold outside and I donβt feel like drinking fluids. When I get dehydrated I feel foggy-headed and achy and sluggish and grumpy. It makes the transition to winter so much harder.
