One thing understood by DeSantis and Trump is that it doesn’t matter if they do things that are legal if they are defending themselves using taxpayer dollars in court. They just want the chaos.
The US Court of International Trade has issued the (obvious) decision that the Trump Administration must refund the hundreds of billions of dollars in illegal import taxes (tariffs) that the Supreme Court found to be illegal.
We now know the law; what remains is to see what Trump does.
