I think im adding the little spikes to the 3dprint instead, for the nose its super hard to keep it in the right angle
And then no latex pieces just makeup for the scale blend
it's got it's limitations on shapes and stuff, but it's extremely nice to have such a soft and durable shape possible without any crazy molds and supplies/extra steps. And it can so easily be upscaled, redone, changed etc that molds dont allow.

stick with 0.4 nozzles or 0.6 nozzle at most by the way. The bigger you go the more uneven the foaming will be due to temperature fluctuation closer to the core of the filament being fed. Can't print this stuff faster with a bigger nozzle anyway.

prosthetics area is separated and prepped! To be 3dprinted in PLA in as high resolution as possible, then cover it with plaster (ultracal) to make a mould for latex pieces.
Completed the zbrush sculpt for shyvana's horns! I might tweak some sizes/proportions still and now its time to start a long process of dividing this up into pieces that can actually be properly 3dprinted.

These are really thin shells, super lightweight and soft! Takes about 4h for each piece.
what about dimensions? nah imma just vibe-build this lol ngl
only have to buy the big melamine board its 36usd for a 5/8th thick piece, i'm pretty sure i have everything else in scrap wood

checked a few ideas online for 4x8 worktables but wanted 4 legs (because i only have 4 casters)
With space at the long ends and overhang for clamping so the frame is on the inside but legs touch outside edge of the work surface.
Low poly for shyvana headdress base, digital sculpt later. To be split into 6 parts: nose prosthetic, cheek prosthetics, "helmet" base with hair and the two sides of the horns (removable) if that makes sense
