Cheeky little Bench Boost this week fellas…

City know the Prem aren’t going to relegate their biggest international asset.

I plan to BB next week as I’d planned this strong squad for a while. My thoughts are that subs benches will be weaker when Haaland and Saka are just-haves again. Hopefully I get some decent returns on it!

This season though, WC38 (after AM35-37) feels like it could be a legitimately great play.

Look at this team 👀 Tripling up on BOU who won’t be popular as they play ARS in 35, AVL in 36, MCI in 27.

When Haaland & Saka come back into the picture, everyone’s benches will be weaker as the money’s tied up in 3 or 4 high priced assets. If you’ve got a genuinely good squad now, using BB could make sense.

I’m 95% certain that I’m not using any chips in 24 & sticking to using my BB in 25… 🤞🏻😬

Yeh, I think if you have a good opportunity to get a strong squad out there, go for it.

I think that when Saka or Haaland become must-haves again, people will have weak benches that will be wasted on a late DGW.

IF Liverpool dbl in 33 then it makes sense & will be a huge advantage… right?!

N.b I’m bullish on Liverpool doubling in 33 vs LEI & AVL, therefor TC Salah in potential DGW33 is considerably more appealing to me than in DGW24.

In (probable) BGW29, (assuming LIV, NEW, AVL & PAL blank) I’ll be able to field 11 players (see below), benching Salah, Alisson, Virgil and Isak.

20. I’m tripled up with Virgil, Luis Diaz and Salah (c) still to play against a terrible United team, but purely from FPL perspective I’d rather have the game postponed, even though it’s mean only fielding 10 players (for 62 all out)

I’m playing Van Den Berg (as a 4th defender, over Joao Pedro) this week. Southampton have only scored 1 goal in their last 5 games. You not tempted to play him over Huijsen?
