I said this last year too but if you do go don't stay in your room too long. Just go do something, walk around, hit the rooms, the bar, the whole con is alive with energy end smiles and you'll find someone who likes what you like.

If you too love cap and maybe can't get a ticket this year to 27 consider staffing or voulenteeing. Cap is the people who make it. There are countless people seen and unseen preparing for the con and a legion of voulenteeing folks who keep it running. Cap wouldn't go with out them.

I’m staying at my friend’s place in another city and me n her cat have become best buds

also s/o having little friends in different cities so when you have to travel for stuff (like a wedding in this case) there’s no worry about having to pack a bunch of diapers for your nighttime accidents

nothing I have ever done (and kids iv done a lot of drugs and crazy shit) can compare the feeling of walking through that hotel in the evening during cap, seeing everyone having such a good time, being a part of that time, making those memories.

I love how the drinks were themed, I loved how there were so many more vendors, I bought some really special folks things this con. I had the incredible honor of buying a very dear friend her first collar and leash, I attended a class, I played magic, I made freinds I kissed girls, I kisses diapers.

this year was so great, I had a few lil issues, but honestly every year there are issues, and thats part of cap, this year I really decided to not let that effect my mood, and cap went great. One of my favorite things this year was how much I just laid on the floor in some rooms with my partner

trek episode in teh bar and two people chime in about how they also love or hate that episode. I think beucase we are all so uninhibited at cap, we lose a lot of our social anxiety. Were all already in the place, we like the same things, and its like being a whole hoetl of new freinds.

capcon is such a wonderfull space. Its the only place I have ever been where you 100% can just exist. Its so hard to even express in words. Capcon is the only place you can break in to a random converstion about magic with someone and four more people come and join in, or mention your favorite star

I hate most paddles that ppl make, id love to see a lower cost hand made paddle thay was longer and fat so it it's a thwack not a smack. I don't like designs or things cut out like characters, just the wood
