However, I have one remaining question regarding the 120M β¬ fine: where is the money?

Maybe the insiders could have discussed if it makes any sense to even send a representative, into a private company that aims at destroying the international institutions.
I called for two concrete mechanisms:
- A reward system tied to the fines (bounty)
- A dedicated line in the EU MFF 2028-2036 budget, currently negotiated
The EU is lucky to have a strong civil society ecosystem holding big tech to account and defending the interests of its citizens.
But that ecosystem can't run on goodwill alone. It needs real, sustained funding.
