Fork it, change it up, let me see what you do!
Experimenting with:
• OKLCH color blending
• CSS 3D perspective
• backdrop-filter glass
• sine-based wave staggering
• pointer inertia
Inspired by Ordinary Folk’s motion work.
Built in vanilla HTML/CSS/JS.

Fully tweakable. Fork it, change it, make it your own.
Would love to see what you come up with.

Magnetic lines. Canvas. Spring physics.
All vibes.
Inspired by a linear billboard.
99 was me!
Yeah, Mastodon was too complex even for me! Well, if you end up checking out what I’m building I’d love any feedback. I’m passionate about creating a meaningful community for devs and designers to reconnect. Hoping they can appreciate a platform built by a peer :)
Many dev rel folks moved to Bluesky and are primarily who I follow / the feed I view. So it's pretty quiet, but on topic.
Side question… with X being what it is, and Bluesky having blew up, do you think there's room for a niche social network built for our industry? I made one, but need the people.

Are we the first to offer code formatting in social posts?
Unpopular opinion: macOS Tahoe’s UI with a gradient + dark theme is chill. Finally trying desktop widgets, and so far they’re proving useful. Am I alone?
Tailwind 2017: boo 🎃
Tailwind v1 2019: hello 🌍
Me: SCSS 😎
Tailwind v4 + no-config JIT = 🔥
Theming, grid, responsive, AI-friendly?
Okay, I’m in.
Also btw, CSS vars use () not [] 🤦🏻♂️
Well my booster must be broken :( I wanted to ask the community and shared my own personal experience. Didn’t think it was that weird. It is disappointing that people did respond. Sad for sure.
Claude and I built a live interactive version of my current project's design system using the Figma MCP server + Cursor.
Design System listing page w/TOC
• Style guide: responsive grid, brand colors, typography, buttons, forms, etc…
• Content module pages w/variations

Thanks Axel! Being able to switch up the vibe is cool. Could even theme it for holidays or brands that I might be talking about.
Eric stands behind a wooden desk in a modern home office, arms resting on the surface. He’s wearing a gray t-shirt and looking toward the camera. The room is softly lit with blue and green accent lights, multiple monitors, plants, and tech gear visible in the background.
Slowly dialing in the office setup with some new lighting, fresh paint, and camera gear.
Learning from talented creators on YouTube about cameras, lighting, writing, editing, and strategy.
Getting there.
An older man stands on a step ladder in a modern room, working with his hands at an open ceiling fixture. A white drop cloth covers furniture below him, and dark vertical wood paneling lines the walls.
A modern, dimly lit home office with blue ambient lighting. A circular recessed ceiling light glows softly above a desk setup with a computer, plants, and shelving, framed by dark wood-paneled walls.
My dad installed halo ceiling lights in my office yesterday. The eclipse-like effect is unreal. He also custom built the wood paneling and shelf with integrated LEDs. 🖤
When freelance slowed down in early 2024–25, I built @okaydev.co, a creative dev + design community. In the new year, I’m stepping outside my comfort zone and starting to create content about the web, tech, & inspiring work from an okay dev’s perspective. Here’s to learning and building together! 🥂
Thanks Florian! Like… What challenges they've faced, and choices they've made. What they feel sets them apart.
display: masonry = everyone gets it
Forcing a "grid" requirement introduces confusion, something CSS has enough of.
By the time this has cross-browser support will we still be typing code by hand? 😜 I kid… still looking forward to this, and appreciate the update 🙏
I’ve been asked to chat with a studio’s team about my work at their monthly event. I’ve done this just once before.
Any advice / suggestions on how to keeping it meaningful, interesting, and fun?
Thanks for catching that, Andy. You’re right, those default Termly terms are way too broad. I used the boilerplate at launch but I’m revising it now so creators keep full ownership and rights. Transparency matters to me. Update coming soon!
That means a lot, thank you! Stoked to have you there 🙌🏻
DevRel friends — where are you?
I’m building Okay Social as a space for the creative + dev community to reconnect.
If that mission resonates, I’d love your help spreading the word.
No VC funding. No board. No corporate agenda.
Just me, building a space for us to reconnect.
Like the internet used to feel, before the noise.
Thanks for the shoutout! Craft is the best!
