I will likely struggle with explaining this, but I maintain that having your heart in the right place and actually caring is more important that using perfect words. Words are important, but intent and empathy mean more to me.

I've got a new pc and decided to not log into twitter/X anymore on this new device. Now I only have it on my phone and there I only use it during train rides or when I have to look some info up (because one can't even open a profile anymore without beeing logged in...). Still, good decision.
1. Decide on a clockout time at the workday's end. Whether 5pm or any other, relax & do nothing more work-related til next day. It sounds counterintuitive, but if your times are random/too long, this will boost productivity & decrease stress!
In German it's called Feierabend.
