I have tried medication, but I still won't fall asleep on those days. I have tried to eliminate blue light and outside light, but no dice. What can you recommend for better sleep? Because when I don't sleep, I am very slow, very tired and don't work properly the whole day.

In EU you have right to be forgotten, it's part of GDPR. I recommend going legal way with GDPR if you are in EU.
