if you’re looking for a dragon book, PLEASE read Kamilah Cole’s Divine Traitor’s duology. about two sisters who would burn the world down for each other, only if the empires scrambling for power don’t burn it all first.

i cannot overstate how good these books are. YA fantasy is lucky to have them.

You know what isn’t super helpful? You jumping in to defend your friend’s blatantly racist behavior by hiding behind your marginalization as a white person in order to gang up on a disabled Black author…but that’s just me.
