there's also a currently still hidden feature that could be useful for that in blento: (sub)pages
just havent figured out a good ui for showing those subpages yet 🤔
i used to have lots too until i found @pds.rip, look the other way for second and theyre gone 😅
😁
Haha i get that, the amount of thinking I had to do barely scratching the surface was already way too much 😅 i just wanna build cool social-enabled stuff not figure out why shit aint working ^^
Ah well yeah, it’s not a secret anyway, just be aware it might break while i’m still working on it over the next few days
at some point you just accept that you'll forever be sleep deprived and have to live a perpetual state of half-zombie/half-coffee/half-human
🤫 like the comment on github says, its not officially released yet (how did you even find this? 😅)
yes, would probably be a good business, i really dont want to run my own dns registrar thing though :P so i'm hoping either some existing dns registrar or someone from the community does it
yeah i know, e.g. google search console uses that for "automatic" domain verification, but afaik the missing part is the buying a domain at the same time (user needs to already have a cloudflare account and can then allow writes to some dns zone of a domain they already own)
yeah that makes sense, ive been just blindly using atcute, blissfully unaware of all the details happening behind the scenes 😅
would be useful for lots of atproto apps imo including bsky
please get to them to create a page where I can redirect people to to buy a domain and then redirect back but allow my app to write records (like an oauth flow for domains, user owns domain, i automatically set up their DNS records for their handle and e.g. their blento page)
Deutsche Bahn is so unpunctual, it’s not funny anymore. But that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun with it
Ah i suppose it’s does get you longer sessions past the normal 2 weeks
Haha was thinking the same, part of the “adventures in atproto oauth” series 😅
Also seems like the backend isn’t necessary at all, everything is done client side anyway, but hey, having fun building stuff ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
meme showing lucky luke shooting faster than his shadow, with my face on top of the shadow and the text "me trying to make my first PR to npmx prettier" and daniels face on top of luke and the text "daniel quick merging before i can"
love the development speed at @npmx.dev
Just that alone makes the DX a million times better imo, but then there’s a shit ton of other quality of life features and the atproto integration 🩷 i’ve switched over already
true, changed!
also perfect for predictions (though i currently dont verify the creation date 🤔 maybe a future feature)
am i putting too much faith into this encryption thing? maybe...
yes, i dont get it either 😝
screenshot of timelocked secret with a counter showing 50 years and 7 months
uff gotta wait 50 years 🫠
want to confess something but dont let people know right now? or write a post to your future self that only opens at a certain time?

note that all data is public (but can only be viewed after the date you set)
Moved matthieusieben.com over to @blento.app. Nothing crazy to see, just glad I no longer have to worry about CSV in react server components 😅
Also, a website that uses my ATProto repo's content to generate a webpage showing my other ATProto content really show how awesome ATProto really is 🦋
