I didn't much care for Alan Wake. It felt too repetitive, too derivative, with its inspirations too blatantly on its sleeve.
Alan Wake II, on the other hand, is one of the best god damn video games I've ever played.

I can't wrap my head around this premise. It feels to me as if Lee Chronin wanted to make another Evil Dead movie, this time about a kidnaped girl who gets possesed by Evil, but Sam Raimi said no, so he took it to Blumhouse where they slapped The Mummy IP on it...? But I guess we'll see.
I never got the hate for Godfather III, I love that movie. I recently watched the Coda version that's supposed to be much superior to the original cut, but I don't know. Both versions felt great to me.
