DOJ releases Epstein files with accusations against Trump Over the course of four interviews in 2019, a woman told the FBI that Epstein and Trump sexually abused her in the 1980s.

“A DOJ source told the Miami Herald that agents found her to be credible—and that they would not have interviewed her four times if they thought she was lying.”

Another reminder that billionaires are not billionaires because they are smart.

They are rich because they are broken in a way that allows them to completely ignore morality in order to gather more wealth in a doomed attempt to fill the unfillable hole inside them.

The weird thing is I'm not actually sure all that many people care what Dorsey thinks about anything? He hasn't had an original thought in a decade, and there's way easier subjects to interview if hits are the priority

They do! Some of the best of the trump era.

Though they aren't exempt from stinkers. Like that weird recent story about the "gay silicon valley Mafia"

The way they get treated like sage philosopher sociologist hybrid geniuses is genuinely very fucking strange and creepy to me! Especially when nothing they're saying is unique or interesting?

Tesla sued after Austin shooting suspect allegedly assaulted co-worker A 65-year-old woman says the automaker ignored warning signs before Ndiaga Diagne, the suspect in Sunday’s mass shooting, assaulted her. She sued Thursday.

the Austin mass shooter was a Tesla employee who assaulted a coworker during a company-allowed prayer break late last year

the company refused to give the victim her assailant's name so she could press charges, and he went on to become a mass shooter

it's uncanny how incomprehensibly politically stupid all these guys are

Every single time a new outlet feels compelled to interview an unremarkable billionaire they should pause and ask themselves if there isn't an under-represented artist, scientist, activist, engineer, or academic actually doing useful/interesting things that's more deserving of your readership's time

There is absomuteky nothing Jack Dorsey has to say that's remotely unique or interesting and it's embarrassing when editors and people of prominence pretend otherwise

"You were the original force behind Bluesky. Are you happy with it now?

No, because it's gone to the other ideology. I left the board. It started taking investment from VCs and building like a normal company. I understand why, but it's not what I signed up for, and it's not why we created the project. We created it to be an open protocol for everyone, not to be something that's against Twitter or against other social media. The largest issue right now is the algorithmic filter bubble."

well you see there is a red team and a blue team and the red team went really far out into doing red team stuff but now the blue team is also doing too much blue team stuff and so

How are you viewing politics these days?

Super confusing. Everything feels like a mess. The only thing we can do is bring more transparency to how things work, and give access and agency to more and more people. I don't believe one system is going to fix everything, and I don't believe one party is going to fix everything. I've never been on one side or the other.

You just KNOW Jack Dorsey is very very smart because a decade into trumpism and he's still somehow oblivious to the uniquely cancerous threat posed by fascism

Now that they're trying to pretend their war is not a war, they've gone back to calling it the Defense Department.
