Apparently there has been/is a storm ongoing? I am confused as I have just arrived here. 😅

This evening took an unexpected turn in public transport delays: my train stopped at Berlin hbf (it was supposed to continue on to Gesundbrunnen) due to a fallen tree on the tracks. At first we were advised to take the s-Bahn instead. But it turned out all s-Bahn-trains and db trains are canceled.

I live on the line to fusion festival - which is happening this week. All trains from Berlin to Oranienburg are canceled for the upcoming month. 70.000 people are attending this festival. And a good amount of them will probably try to reach the train now starting at Oranienburg via my s-Bahn. 😭

We start the week with a 45min delay on an ICE to Berlin. - and the thing is: it is very likely to go downhill from here 💀

If I need a place to whine about how much my public transport sucks for the upcoming week most specifically and the upcoming month more generally - can it be here?
