It doesn't however it hasn't stopped YouTube in the past from restricting videos or causing issues with several creators including DrSpectred (Balatro University) and Roffle. This just seems like it might lead to more false positives but hopefully I'm wrong.
I foresee more problems for Balatro content creators in the near future. #balatro
