I'm trying to recreate some basic features of Don't Starve in @construct.net. Why is 2.5D development so much fun? Trickery left and right :) Terrain is on a 3D layer, but billboards are on a 2D one, so there's no perspective distortion, but they do scale.

If you've had trouble using Construct in Firefox, make sure you're on the latest version (Menu - Help - About Firefox). Version 145.0.0 had a bug that broke Construct, but it should be working again with the latest 145.0.1.
