Post F1 Qualifying beach bbq, how is your weekend going?
I’ve used Claude Code CLI from inside vscode on a python function I wrote and expanded the functionally, added best practices, refactored for DRY purposes, added a bunch of tests and turned it into a full blown module. Only took me a few hours. I’m blown away by the future, this so cool!
Also, “In today’s … world”, is often written by ChatGPT
I consider the waitlist to be more for “if a spot opens up” This is about an incomplete schedule already published before full selection is complete. But indeed, whatever feature you use inside the tooling, the process should be clear for those submitting.
I’m a volunteer on that team, I will relay this feedback. I assume the schedule is not 100% full yet and you might be on standby?! But still, I agree with you
Max: Full wet tyres on a sunny day, why?
Team: They were cheap, we have to take care of the budget
Max: Now what?
Team: Dunno, maybe pretend you have no grip and smash into literally everyone like a toddler

You’re amazing people, I’m so happy that I can call you and Traci my friends
I saw them in ‘96, I was (and still am) a huge metal fan, so this was out of my comfort zone, but this was one of the best concerts i went to. It was part of this www.google.com/search?q=pin...
Probably mostly just known in Europe? I was here, a long time ago, so cool. K’s Choice singing their hit “Im not an addict” together with Skunk Anansie. youtu.be/cYw5ZzREPg8?...

Ready for a geeky afternoon to end the week with
I’m going with my brother and his kids, prioritising family ;-)
Would love to attend or even speak, but unfortunately it clashes with the F1 race in Zandvoort :-(
Hello #SQLfamily!
Our call for speakers is now open!

It’s explaining why there is a discrepancy between the data in the live source system and the full load you did last night

There’s a storm outside.
Kiddo (1yo) needed a nap, I joined him. Woke up when dinner was ready. 1st day of ‘25 is going well so far :-)
Toyota Corolla
I had one of these back in the day. Toyota Corolla Twin Cam 1.6 16v GT Hatchback (long name, I know). My friends had a Golf II 1.6 and a Renault 5 Alpine. Come to think of it, we actually had some really cool cars!
There’s a Brewdog in Amsterdam, the things you learn from walking around in your neighborhood
Chess.com But, same as Daniel, only against computer for now because I just got back into playing and I’m very rusty
I figured out that my opening strategies is where I’m already losing because, well because I don’t have any. I’m studying them currently, my brain hurts because of all the possibilities
Only the last one when I finally saw it. But that one is not in the screenshot because NSFW ;-)
I used larger text only briefly, it seemed like a good idea because I don’t always have my reading glasses on me. But 9 out of 10 apps just break :-(
Screenshot of git commit messages, mostly “does it work now?” And such
I was so proud of my git commit messages today, until I had a : somewhere where it shouldn’t be :-(
I’ve been using it for years. I love the “give me 2 sql servers and a dc” magic. It can do complex stuff with multiple domains and exchange servers and such, but I never explored it that far. For me the true power is the domain attached server labs that it spits out in roughly 10 to 20 minutes
Automated Lab is your friend. It will set up a lab environment on your hyper-v server including a domain controller with just a few lines of PoSh.
