Finally, finally, FINALLY managed to draw a Lestat I don’t hate. I’ve been drawing him since December and ooohhhh boy you should see my drafts. But it was a really fun learning process and it’s fun to see how much I grew over the months.

It’s just been a rough 24hrs.
I haven’t slept and have been trying to defend and prove myself to some pretty nasty people in my life but just realized it’s not worth it. If they don’t consider me a “real artist” there’s nothing I can do about it.

Not to be dramatic but I’m feeling pretty defeated today.
I was drawing and creating art for fun, but some people see me succeeding as a personal attack on them and I legit can’t wrap my head around those mental gymnastics. So. Yeah.
