Congress represents the will of the American people.
We must use every constitutional tool available to hold President Trump accountable for starting a war with Iran without Congress’s approval.

Here's what we know so far:
The Trump administration is moving forward in secret, with no notice, no public process, and no transparency. This is completely inappropriate and flat-out unacceptable.
We are unequivocally opposed to ICE installing detention cells in downtown Rochester, steps from a daycare and surrounded by homes and businesses.
Omar is a Rochester father, business owner, and neighbor.
He deserves due process. His family deserves justice. We deserve an immigration system rooted in our constitutional values. I'm standing with Omar and his family.
