I can certainly understand the instinctive skepticism to a statement like that. Someone has recently proposed opening Girard's cause for canonization...
Thank you, and no proof of work necessary. But yes, apologies for those mistakes—I found those as well and they should have been corrected in the latest versions. Appreciate your keen eye!
A beautiful reflection on her struggle with tech by August Lamm in the new Cluny Journal

He completely ignored the numerous speakers and people there from the left—this was one of the more politically ambiguous conferences that most attendees would say they'd ever been to, but somehow Ganz finds a couple of names he doesn't like and uses it to paint a particular picture. His ID of me 😂
Thank you, Andrew
Well, that's simply a lie. It's not even close to the first page of the preface, and in fact the book doesn't even have a preface. There is a long Note to Reader, which actually mentions Thiel and my view on his relationship to Girard, followed by a personal Prologue having nothing to do with him.
I'm here now :)
I just picked up my car from the body shop this morning. The Mexican guys working on the repair took my daughter’s play rosary out of the middle console, where I keep it, and wrapped it around the rear view mirror, as God intended.
Thank you for the warm introduction @sabinak.bsky.social!
Thank you, Sabina! You were incredibly generous and intuitive in giving me my Chinese name, which has certainly helped the work I'm doing gain traction in Chinese-speaking places. Glad to be here, and thank you for the introduction. ❤️
If you’re one of those people, like me, who tends to have bouts of sadness around this time of the year, know that you’re not alone 🤝

It was a disaster from the beginning
