It could be done, if Mary had the androgen resistant gene but XY chromosomes all you’d need to do is trigger parthenogenesis and then cure the androgen resistance and you’d get a boy version. Which would be only two very tiny miracles.

At least according to a very approximate table on Wikipedia Valetudo, the smallest named natural satellite of Jupiter, has a diameter of about 1 km and a mass of about 5.2x10^11 kg, which if I'm mathing right gives an EV of ~1/4 m/s, so yeah maybe?
