There are obviously pros and cons to everything. Nobody says otherwise in good faith, but I haven’t seen a single argument against term limits that hasn’t come from conservatives, establishmentarians, or status quo institutions, which says all it needs to.

I’m a strong proponent of age equity. That includes not telling people that they aren’t qualified to do their job simply because they’ve reached a certain age. Keep in mind that ageism and ableism are effectively two sides of the same coin.

Yes, generally. Although there are some limitations if you get a D, which may lead to the need to retake the class. A through D are basically equivalent to 10 through 6, or 100% through 60%. And an F is equivalent to 5 through 1 or anything less than 60%.
