Got a response from worst customer to my email letting them know we are not accepting orders from them any more.

My entire family is now agnostic, so that confirmation class strategy did a bang up job. A+, would send my hypothetical 11 year old.
Hilariously that youth pastor paid me $100 to read the bible in a desperate attempt to convince me of Lutheranism. (Easy money for me, I was a hyperlexic 11 year old.) Which led me to a solid year of reading every holy text I could get my hands on and then declaring I was an atheist.
To the youth pastor's credit, she was very supportive of questions and had an unending stream of patience. I wasn't even the reason my parents ended up getting kicked out* of that church!
*Excommunicated for not tithing their salaries. My parents: Tithe rules? In /our/ Lutheranism? No.
Confirmation class. They taught us the history of Christianity and the Catholic church, detailing how they changed both the religion and the holy texts to fit their aims, then dropped the Martin Luther bomb and expected us to *accept the rest of it*. They introduced logic into the imagination fight!

Also where are the sauces?? How is there no horseradish or chimichurri in a little pot on my table? I would eat less meat and be happier!
Things they should bring to your table on a giant skewer and don’t:
- pork belly
- shrimps
- rotisserie hens (like medieval times mini chicken sized)
- an actually edible pork sausage like kielbasa
- onions
- potatoes
- portabello mushroom
Worst items:
- garlic steak (actually unchewable, no one could swallow it)
- sausage (tasted like pork offcuts and organ meats, not enough pork fat included and under seasoned)
Most controversial and sadly somehow the only pork (!?!) - parmesan encrusted pork. I was on the liked it side, but why is it encrusted with sawdust grocery parmesan and not real grated parmesan?

The mid-tier is the bacon wrapped beef of somekind that I did not hear what it was, the bacon wrapped chicken, and the flank steak.
Okay that does sound like a good place on a day like that! I don’t eat red meat often and I even more rarely eat steak so it was a shocking amount for me lol.

It’s my understanding that chats and information for each client are kept separate. Each user essentially has their “own” Claude, and those Claudes do not have access to each other’s logs, so it cannot know why a different Claude did something. It’s simply fabricating a response.

Normally I would have added that I doubt the US military is using the same version of a software, but I haver zero trust in Anthropic to have bothered to actually make one and also zero trust that the current military *didn’t* use the publicly available version of Claude.
Heads up: this is misinformation. The screenshot is of a Claude AI chat - you can see the logo in the bottom left corner. LLMs lie constantly! Also each user’s instance of Claude is siloed. If you ask it why it said something to someone else it is going to make shit up.

Now they're telling me the items aren't eligible under the USMCA so I need to fill out the USMCA form I already told them didn't apply because the shipment is under $1k AND ALSO IS FOR ELIGIBLE ITEMS. Which, again, these are, just not enough of them for the form!
Also, this is a blanket form they don't actually need because they put in one order this year that got sent with an individual certification and I've fired them. There will be no more orders! Stop harassing me!
They pick up their order and arrange their own shipping, so I have no idea who the exporter is. If this is how I find out they've been putting us on their export paperwork without authorization I'm going to march down to Mexico and yell at this guy face to face.

LLM chatbots are essentially roleplaying. They're completing the prompts given using the language their algorithms say are statistically most likely. If you've trained them on a ton of stolen fiction, reddit boards, and conspiracy theories, it's going to feed those words and patterns back.
I think a big part of the problem with what they've dubbed AI hallucinations is exactly this. The tech sector is dismissive of humanities training, has staff that aren't knowledgeable about what the content they're training their models *contains*, and therefore don't understand the output.
