In 🇨🇦, mandatory retirement age for the Supreme Court and Senators is 75. As for the MP's, there is none in place, but we have a different mindset when it comes to this issue. Did a little fact-finding; in 2021 the average age of MP's was 50-53. This trend continues. Young and diverse.
