Yesterday we caught the CityCat from Bretts Wharf to South Bank for 50c and they were the busiest I've ever seen them. Long queues every 15 minutes at South Bank and solid numbers of people getting on and off at major stops in between. The 50c fare cap is genuinely moving people.

Walking around Brisbane’s South Bank yesterday was a glimpse of the future.

You can BYO modem to most ISPs as they aren’t network locked (except for TPG group including iiNet need a special vlan tag in the modem settings last time I checked). Still recommend ditching Optus because their service is so bad.

My life is going well this last month and I get scared of celebrating it in case something bad happens.
