You would need to manually add this.
All the ban command does is pre-emptively add it to your ban list.

The Fall 2024 NetHackathon is this coming weekend, including Friday the 13th! This should be fun. 27 streamers will be streaming #NetHack on Twitch over the weekend, and I'll be up on Saturday 2024-09-14 04:00 UTC/14:00 AEST.
