Alright I've been messing around in Godot for a little over 3 days now trying to make a little chess player, and my current opinion is its very good *BUT*.
Meaning its very good at what it does, but there are some caveats to consider when using it, which I'm confident will be ironed out in time.
Its going well so far! My main gripe is that the info online is a lot harder to dig through than what I've experienced with unity and unreal - which isn't a problem with the engine itself of course
Not wrong! Looks like theres a lot of parallels with Unity that I can lean on
