Still from the 1991 movie "My Girl" showing 10-year-old Macaulay Culkin and Anna Chlumsky on their bikes
Critics are saying it's the feel-good movie of the summer
Do it!
bro
I seriously doubt it, given our country's track record on holding politicians accountable
Compare those guys to the "old money" people like RFK Jr. who comes from such wealth and privilege that he's gona full circle and just embraces his sociopathy in a much more natural way. Nobody's gonna stop him from eating dead squirrels off the road.
Kash Patel and Kristi Noem have this small-time "new money"air about them, like they know subconsciously this is as far as their careers will ever take them.
They've got the corporate Amex and they're out wining and dining. Talking game, but deep inside they know they'll be flying coach next year
I realized what bugs me about Trump's appointees this term (beyond their outright naziism obviously).
It's their small-time venality and vanity. They're like the 26 year-old tech sales guy who made $400k last year and got promoted to "Regional VP" and started wearing bespoke suits to meetings.
Kash is definitely the guy at the party who tries to get on the mic after he does a key bump. Total vibekiller.
a favorite reel of mine lmao
Kash Patel reminds me of the kind of high school kid who tried to party with the jocks but is not very athletic, made up for it by partying even harder and throwing keggers when his folks go out of town
CBS obtained video of the DHS killing of an unarmed man in Texas that DHS concealed for nearly a year, which clearly contradicts claims that he violently rammed anyone. He is shot with his brake lights on, car not moving or barely moving. Another DHS crime.
βA DOJ source told the Miami Herald that agents found her to be credibleβand that they would not have interviewed her four times if they thought she was lying.β

Any time a cop says "I'm just trying to figure out what's going on here", that cop has already made up his mind as to what's going on and he's already decided on his plan for what he's going to do about it.
It's a hard lesson to learn, but you can NOT assume that police are there to help you, even when you call them.
These guys are experienced lawyers and they let the police into the building during an active dispute over who controls the building. An understandable mistake but still a big mistake.
This story is wild. As far as I can tell from the body camera clips I watched, the footage shows MPD special operations strategizing their forcible entry into private property without a warrant, based on the say-so of a political appointee with nothing more than a stack of print outs.
SCOOP β Body camera footage obtained as a result of my lawsuit against the DC Metropolitan PD confirms DOGE and the Trump administration openly admitted they were entering private property when they raided the building on March 17, 2025. That didn't stop MPD from breaking down the doors.
My report:
It does terrible fucking things to your mind if you stop getting feedback like "dude what the fuck are you talking about?"
Just look at how literally any billionaire speaks.

Doesn't this just compare the opinions of 13-28 year old males with the opinions of men in their 60s - 80s?
Only took 2 days for this to come true

SCOOP: Proton Mail provided Swiss authorities with payment data that the FBI then used to determine who was allegedly behind an anonymous account affiliated with the Stop Cop City movement in Atlanta, according to a court record reviewed by 404 Media.
New from 404 Media: Proton Mail, the privacy-focused email service, gave authorities data that let the FBI unmask an anonymous 'Stop Cop City' protester. It was payment data linked to the anonymous email account. From that, FBI ID'd them, then tracked their movements www.404media.co/proton-mail-...
