How many different ways can they tell us they want us dead?
It's long past time for Congress to investigate how much of ICE's budget has gone into Kristi Noem's pocket.
So at this point ICE agents in Minnesota are posing as stranded motorists in need of help from a Good Samaritan. Observers in Maple Grove spotted this ICE agent wearing an expensive jacket and hanging next to a car with its hood up. A man who stopped to see if she needed help was detained.
you know how I know Miller supplied the talking points to Patel, Noem, Bovino, and Bessent on Sunday? Because they all said, in no uncertain terms, that legal carry will now mean you are a threat to LE even if you are peaceful and the gun is holstered.
he has no idea what he did to 2a maga.
This is a wild read.
Also, support independent journalists.
Yesterday the FBI Director, the head of Homeland Security, the now-demoted head of BP and, the Secretary of the Treasury (because why not) went on national television and said Americans who legally carry are now considered threats to law enforcement, even if that gun stays in its holster.
Oops.
capping off your career with two extrajudicial murders of American citizens, including a mother of three and a hero-nurse who took care of old veterans, and then riding into the sunset is some trope-level villain shit.
We vastly underestimate the intelligence of small creatures.
Also, your reminder: spiders are your friends. Don't hurt them. If you want them out of your house, capture gently with a glass and slide a paper under the opening. Release them outside.

And there were even more! Local elections matter!
6.) Pflugerville school district elected anti-censorship candidates won all three contested races. In Plano, all candidates opposed to book bans won their races, establishing a clear anti-book banning majority.
5.) In Keller ISD, all three open board seats went to trustees who defeated candidates aligned with incumbent book ban supporters, which flipped control of the Board
4. Three Mansfield ISD board members were voted out by parents and citizens after supporting and voting for sweeping book bans targeting LGBTQIA+ themes and “gender fluidity." The Mansfield, TX voters delivered these board members their FAFO moment.
3.) Tammy Nakamura got the boot in Grapevine-Colleyville after voting for restrictions on books, classroom discussions, and LGBTQIA+ students themselves. She also voted for policies addressing pronoun use and the teaching of race and gender topics. Enjoy retirement, Tammy.
2. Katy voters removed Board prez Victor Perez, who instituted book bans and transgender "notification" policies in which teachers had to report to parents if a student was transgender. Removed 100s of LGBTQIA+ books. And is now out of a job.
1.) Fort Bend voters removed Rick Garcia, who voted for one of the state's most restrictive book policies, along w/Cheryl Buford, acolyte of the board member who built the policy and supporter of book bans.
In the wake of last week's elections can we get a shout out to #Texas voters who cleaned house back in May, voting out school board members who had enacted book bans, removed #LGBTQ+ books from school libraries, and restricted classroom conversations about LGBTQ+ topics? See thread for details:
imagine getting a message as clarion clear and ear-splittingly loud as the one they received last Tuesday, and then doing this.

Silver lining is that if there are any holdout Dem voters who wanted to give establishment politicians a chance, they've now viewed the greatest advertisement for a transformation of the Democratic Party.
@amyklobuchar.com and Tina Smith voted no. Grateful that they have done their job to represent the interests of their states.
However, we need new leadership. @schumer.senate.gov has not done his job and is not half as enraged as the voters who let you know last week that they want you to fight.
if @shaheen.senate.gov accepts promises from the GOP, she isn't fit for her job.
In case you were on the fence about whether it's time to move away from @democrats.org politicians like @hassan.senate.gov @shaheen.senate.gov and @kaine.senate.gov, consider how enraged you are in this moment. Then consider how untroubled the people bound to represent our interests are.
Guaranteed by whom? @shaheen.senate.gov is misrepresenting this. There is absolutely nothing binding the GOP to hold this vote. This is a betrayal to all the Americans whose lives have been substantially impacted by the shutdown but who still urged you to fight for them. Retire.
I'm tired of being pitched "branding." We elected these individuals to zealously represent us. We showed last week that we are enraged. We need to purge the Democrat ranks of people like @kaine.senate.gov and @hassan.senate.gov.
"Shame on you?" This speech is utterly disqualifying. A coward who couldn't meet the moment.
If you're a US Senator and you believe anything your GOP colleagues tell you, then you are too gullible to represent the interests of Americans
can you bet on a certainty?
