other thing that helped me is keeping the touch area dry - dont let sweat or moisture accumulate between your skin and the chemical you're allergic to. if it gets moist, it absorbs deeper into the skin and causes worse reaction. aka buy couple pairs of gloves so you can switch when wet.

i get contact dermatitis with natural latex (and some other rubber products, even in clothing etc) and a single layer of breathable cloth (like cotton gloves) tends to be enough to prevent the reaction, but your mileage may vary. if you already had suffered for a year, you may as well give it a try?

kill the imposter syndrome in you head because not only is there someone out there doing it worse than you, they're also using chat gpt to do it

i glanced at the code & i genuinely recommend to have an option with expandable data sets, its super useful for conlangs - you can set onset, nucleus and coda separately, load up all your parts and generate all possible words

i have mine hard-set and not templatable, but have screencap for inspo 💜
