I have. I’m cautious because I do most of my runs alone and if someone gives me a weird vibe I change course or start walking and call a family member or friend to chat with on my way home.

I’ve been a Noxgear vest user for years. Plus a flashlight.

I share an idea of my route with my spouse so he’ll know about where to look if I don’t come back. But I rarely have a specific route in mind when I run.

Thanks for sharing this - I didn’t know this existed.

As I’ve told my boys before, they will be MD, PhD, JDs and I will work until I take my last breath if needed to keep them out of a war. I worked at the VA. No one should need to go to war and deal with the aftermath.
