As a teenager, going to multiple different churches for social functions and with friends all to see that the messages are all the same; be a good person, don't be an asshole.

There was a friendly nurse here who I talked to about it. She said to ice and elevate it but if it's still hurting to come back Monday.
Lucky I work in a hospital sometimes. She didn't even take my info, she just saw my badge and helped out. Yay friendly people!

I twisted my knee trying to fit into a tiny crawlspace where all the equipment is in this little crappy office and I felt a -pop- and suddenly my knee is swelling and hurts a lot.
