Weβve been working on new HUD elements while keeping the factionβs visual identity.
Here you can see a crew member represented in hand (card), in play (token), and in the HUD panel showing their name, portrait, die faces, and each faceβs effects.

Meet the youngest captain of the Northstar Empire. Top of her class, known for her strong leadership and decisive command on the battlefield.
Like the rest of the crew, captains can be added to the playerβs hand at specific moments.

Crew dice mechanics implemented. A unitβs attributes and actions depend on the die result. Visually, the dice material still needs tweaking to better match each faction.

The game HUD is built around two side columns: captain-focused panels on the left, and crew and ship information on the right, including sections like draw piles, discard, graveyard, and items.
Visual style is intentionally neutral for now, just to test layout and sizing.

After several iterations, this is the almost-final layout for a crew member in play. The left side is reserved for faction decoration, the center holds the portrait and dice slot, and the right side displays the stats this crew member brings into combat.

Early board-level crew design. Weβre integrating the 3D die into a 2D frame, adding the portrait and stat bonuses on the right. The lock icon indicates if the die is locked and will stay fixed on the next roll.

Crew concepts on the board. The tricky part is making the 3D dice and the 2D character art feel like a single system. Still experimenting with the placement of attack and defense stats.
