Sooner because each video style will now be used twice, which I think I mentioned before... because obviously it takes a lot of time to make those things, and in the past it has made it so the backgrounds can't really breathe since they only get one video each.
I am feeling a lot better after the release of the video and the minor fuck up that did really make me feel quite guilty (though it is my fault!) I am excited to HOPEFULLY release a Cai's Home video without any sort of weird stain on it next time, let's hope! I will probably be sooner than usual.
The only issue with doing this is trying to filter out the like... Gamers it attracts? When you talk about popular manly man game you automatically are more likely to be recommended to them. I need to frame the video in a way that will hopefully avoid this.
It is probably going to be another like "oh here's something you thought was kinda shallow but is actually interesting" kinda thing. I like that, I like looking into things people already like but... more...
Next video will hopefully be a nice easy uncontroversial one! Not simple or anything, just more positive overall.
God I really hope re9 gets a mercenaries mode. The combat is pretty fun but to me it is by far the least replayable game in the series. It would be nice to just have an instant action mode like the mercenaries. Adds a lot to the games it is in.

Cai's Home for Going Through It
It is upsetting that someone would take such an awful thing from your words, and even if people tell me to ignore it and it is just "bad faith", it still upsets me that something I said could be interpreted in such a harmful way. It does really make you reconsider what you said.
New video has gotten a few just very very uncharitable responses (very small minority though everyone is quite reasonable!) and it's interesting how like, a year ago I'd be posting about how awful it is, and kinda poking fun at a "deranged" take or whatever. But now it just makes me sad.
Does anyone have any suggestions for like, subscriber goals? Something I could do in the hopeful future that I reach like 10k subs or something! Always think it is a nice fun thing but never have any ideas for it. For 5k I just posted a video of me getting hit by several vehicles.
I can understand that, we all have different lines where we think something is too far and I can absolutely agree that having a non HD mode would be better than what we have currently.
I use the classic mode in the footage up until I actually talk about the modern controls. This is not a review! It isn't about what I prefer. It's more about why the option exists? The controls work fine, why change them? Only because they are different to modern standards.
The only downside to this is I genuinely cannot read most of the comments I get if I'm on mobile. The phone display squishes the text so much that the already long comments end up looking like extreme walls of text.
I thought I had it down for this video but of course that's naive. Always more lessons to learn! Was a bit freaked out last night by some of the negative responses but I have calmed down since and taken a lot more of it on board. Next video will be better! When it comes out in 2030 or something.
Absolutely love that people thoroughly engage with my videos and tell me when I'm wrong or fucked up, as nerve-wracking as it is in the moment it allows me to become a better creator which is always my goal. Thank you all :]

YouTube comments are a very bad way of measuring people’s opinions on essentially anything. There is a natural filter in place because people who leave comments, even positive ones tend to be deranged!
Re9 is a lot of fun and mostly looks pretty good, but my god does it have some terrible shots. I feel it is still maybe too early to post some late game spoilers, but I cannot get over how bad a few shots look.
My next video "Remasters Ruin Everything" comes out TOMORROW! I'm super excited and nervous and just so happy to be uploading again.
