My dad wrote a book of short stories in the 80s, clacking them out on his typewriter. I remember one day he told me the secret ingredient to any great story, and it think it applies to theatre as well.

Lately, I’ve been talking to lots of folks about how to get a project (specifically web development) done in less than half the time. There’s a few different techniques to use, but the MAIN one that I recommend evolved in the a real-world situation that happened at Agility CMS 🇨🇦 back in the day.

Have you ever read "The Goal", by Eliyahu Goldratt, or "The Unicorn Project" by Gene Kim? These both take a business concept and put it into a story. I found them super entertaining and a great way to learn.
